Tickets are sold based on designated arrival time slots to help ease traffic throughout the park and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. Your selected time slot indicates your arrival window only and does not limit how long you may stay. Once inside the park, guests are welcome to enjoy their visit for as long as they’d like.

All tickets expire on the day of the scheduled visit.
Guests may modify their booking date at any time prior to arrival.

DRIVE-THRU SAFARI ONLY TICKETS WILL NOT BE HONORED DURING SPRING BREAK. ONLY ADVENTURE PASS ADMISSION AND FAMILY 4 PACKS WILL BE REDEEMABLE.
DURING SPRING BREAK, THE AVIARY WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. HOWEVER, GUESTS MAY STILL ENJOY THIS EXPERIENCE BY BOOKING A PRIVATE AVIARY ENCOUNTER, AVAILABLE ONLINE OR IN PERSON.

For Spring Break, we will be OPEN ALL WEEK, including Tuesday & Wednesday, March 10 & 11!

Entrance gates to the whole park AND to the Drive-Thru Safari close at 4pm sharp. We recommend arriving before 3pm to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your visit!

Please do not bring pets to Aggieland Safari. Personal pets are NOT permitted in the park.

Vehicles NOT PERMITTED IN THE DRIVE-THRU SAFARI include Jeeps that have doors or tops removed, any open-top convertibles, RVs/campers, and any vehicle with a trailer OR cargo carrier attached to the hitch. Any vehicles with large cargo being carried outside of the enclosed cab (such as in a truck bed) may be denied entry to the Drive-Thru Safari.

During Spring Break we will NOT have vehicles available for rental. Be sure to closely review what vehicles are not permitted in the Drive-Thru Safari to ensure your vehicle is approved for a Drive-Thru Safari adventure!

Animal Encounter DISCLAIMERS

No one under 5 years of age may participate or be present during the encounter

Minors must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian at all times

Guests must wear long pants & closed-toe shoes

No food or drink is permitted during the encounter

Guests must meet their Encounter Host at the designated location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time or risk forfeiting their spot in the encounter. Refunds will not be provided to guests who arrive late or no-show their encounter.

We require at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a Private Animal Encounter. Guests may modify or change their selected date via the links provided in the confirmation email. (Subject to dates and/or times of availability)

When modifying or changing your selected date or time, Guests should ensure they have modified their entire booking (e.g. General Admission tickets and Animal Encounter) for the same date.

When temperatures are below 55 degrees, Giraffe and tortoise Feeding experiences are not available.

Animal encounters are led by our Animal Care and Education Team. You'll learn about conservation efforts in the wild, all about the animal, how we take care of them, their natural habitat, diet, and more.
Please arrive at the Encounter Outpost (across from the Animal Barn) 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your encounter start time, you will not be allowed to participate
Yes! Animal well-being is a top priority at Aggieland Safari. Encounters are exhilarating for the people and a positive experience for the animals involved.

To reserve an encounter in advance online, the purchase of an Adventure Pass is required.
Adventure Pass and encounter bundles are available as packages through our online ticketing service. Online purchases can be made by navigating to the Packages page.
Guests purchasing a Safari Pass are not eligible to purchase Animal Encounters.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled encounter time. We do not offer refunds for encounters or no-shows. Guests who provide proper notice may reschedule their experience, and online bookings can be managed directly through your reservation to change the date as needed.
Personal items such as bags, purses, or other loose items are not permitted within the enclosures. Guests may bring a camera or cell phone to take photos. It is best to leave personal effects in your vehicle; however, your Encounter Host will also be able to safely store your personal effects in a designated locked location during your Encounter.
Closed-toed shoes are required for all encounters, and loose-fitting clothing is discouraged. During or after rain, some enclosures may have shallow standing water or muddy areas, so guests should wear footwear suitable for brief wet or muddy conditions, such as rubber boots or rubber-soled shoes.
Currently, online tickets only allow the selection of one animal encounter with admission. However, if you wish to add additional Animal Encounters during the same visit, please contact the park directly to arrange availability.
